BIG NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!
New Mixed-animal Veternary clinic opening soon in our Area! Dr. Brady J. Hamady is pleased to announce a new practice in the Sidman/Salix area. 132 Maxine Dr. Sidman, next to the Longview Driving Range and the Adams Township Municipal building.
About Brady: He is a 2001 graduate of Forest Hills High school. He completed his bachelors degree at Mercyhurst college, then continued on to the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine to complete his doctorate in 2008.
Dr. Hamady has been employed by Ebensburg Animal Hospital for the past 3 years while expanding his large-animal clientele. In November, construction began on a 4,000 sq. foot treatment center. The hospital will open in June 2012 under the name "Forest Hills Veterinary." Dr. Hamady is thrilled to provide quality veterinary care to large and small animals, focusing of client education and animal well-being.
Meet Brady at our next Saddle Club meeting on May 4th at 7pm at the Club Grounds. He will be presenting educational and informative information on equine related topics!
Services offered by Brady will include local farm-calls, but encourages the use of his new large-animal facility. If transportation is a viable option for the client (emergency or routine), trailering the horse, goat, or alpaca to the clinic may make it more efficient, thorough, and economical for all involved. The new facility will allow for a clean, dry well-lit area for goat c-sections, stalls for long-term wound management, and an area for equine dentals, joint injections, and castrations if owners are willing to trailer their horses, etc.....
Stay turned to the next GJSC newsletter for the announcement of the Grand Opening. Brady hopes the public will come tour the new facility and fully embrace and support this new addition to our community!
